It has been a long time since I have updated you all on the Foveaux Five! We all have been keeping very busy schedules and finding time to blog has been limited. Here is a quick update on us all!
The kids are doing really well in school! Gavin is reading EVERYTHING and it's amazing how quickly that happened. He does really well with Math and Spelling too! He doesn't get that from me thats for sure but I love that he loves to read. He gets that from me :-) Casey is learning to read too and she is trying really hard. She loves school and is going to be sad when summer break starts lol. They will be starting baseball/t-ball soon and they are excited about that!
Azzie is growing so fast! She is crawling, pulling up on things and talking all the time (she can say Dada, Momma, Baba). She is such a happy and loving baby! I cannot believe that she will be a year old in less than 4 months!
Rich is working harder than ever! He puts in 10+ hour days at the office, volunteers his time and expertise with various high school sports teams after hours and still manages to find time to spend with his family.
My photography business has been doing better than expected! I have done infant shoots, family shoots, birthday parties and boudoir shoots. I love this job and cannot wait to take some online classes to learn more about photography so I can expand my services! I am getting ready to start my 3rd year as the assistant RCHS Cheer coach and I am so excited! We have a large squad this year and I am really looking forward to stunt camp at the end of May and cheer camp in June. It's one of the best jobs I have ever had!
Now that Spring is here we will be busy with softball, high school baseball, kids baseball/t-ball, hopefully lots of photo sessions and getting ready for school to be over. We are all really excited for our family vacation this year! We are going to Destin, FL with my parents and sister's family. It will be our first ever real family vacation and the kids first time at the beach! They are more than excited to see the ocean and I am more than excited to have some relaxation with my husband.
Our family is constantly on the move and rarely has a day where we don't have something planned, but we are happy and healthy and that's all that matters. We are grateful for the blessings we have been given and memories that we have made and look forward to those we haven't yet seen. :-)
This blog is not just about my family and our experiences. It's about my life and everything that comes with it. It's about my fears, feelings, wants, dreams, etc. It's a place for me to come and 'let it all out'. I hope you enjoy what you read. God bless.

30 Day Challenge: Day 4: My Parents
Some of you reading this already know my parents and therefore know how amazing they are. But for those of you who haven't had the pleasure to meet Lynn and Tina, I will tell you all about them :-)
My parents are high school sweethearts and are still married after almost 31 years. This day in age, that is so rare. Growing up, I was one of the only kids in my class that had parents that were still together. I didn't realize how special that was back then but I sure do now. It's truly a blessing from God.
I know most people think they have the greatest parents in the world but I really do! They have stuck by me not just in the good times but in the lowest, darkest times in my life. They have shown unconditional love at its purest form and tough love when needed. Sometimes it is hard to understand the love of a parent until you become one. Though I always appreciated them, I never truly understood where they were coming from until I had my first child. It was at that moment, when my parents became grandparents and I became a mother, that I saw them in a completely different light. From that moment on, I did nothing but hope that I would be as good a parent as they are to me. I hope that I am.
They aren't just the greatest parents in the world but they are the greatest grandparents too! My kids love them just like they love their dad and I. They love spending time with Mama and Papa and hate it when that time has to end. My kids are so lucky to have such wonderful grandparents. I thank God everyday that they have such amazing people in their life to love them.

It's very hard not living near them. I struggle with that daily. I miss being able to see them whenever I want. So many take living close to family for granted. I do not. I hope that somewhere in God's plan for us it has us going 'home'.
It's so hard to fully explain how amazing my parents are. It really takes more than words. But thats what they are to me, amazing. I am so blessed to have been chosen to be their daughter. I miss them terribly every day. I look forward to a call from mom or a text from dad. There isnt a day that I don't think about them. I cannot imagine my life without them in it.
